It
seems one major challenge for gymnastics
schools have in common is finding and
keeping qualified help - we can train those
with great attitudes, however, the teachers
have a tendency to come and go, and we need
them to teach many skills on all events and
have them ready to take care of our
clients in a confident and positive manner.
This is not easy nor affordable... until
now...
Tom Forster
came up with the idea to help gyms across
the USA teach and motivate class
instructors.
Thank you Tom for your thoughts and
willingness to make a difference. |
Entering our second year with Gymnastics
Educational Workshop.
Here are a few quotes from cities we taught
workshops in last year:
"Cheryl,
What an amazing day. Tim and Beth did a
great job. I know the comments I received
from my staff were all great. Best comment,
"Tony, thank for letting me come to this."
This came from a part-time college student.
"The content of each lecture was great.
They were well prepared and very
motivated."
Tony Retrosi, Atlantic
Gymnastics.
"Just wanted to thank you. My staff is
still excited about learning so many new
idea, I wanted to know how some of your
other clinics are going. I really hope this
can take off. You guys deserve it and have
the right philosophy. They are GREAT!
Kim Bird Tucson, AZ
"Hi Cheryl,
Thank you for the clinic- all went well and
my staff learned a lot. We enjoyed the
event tremendously. I had coaches there
with 1 month to 20 years experience and they
all learned something new! If you ever need
a site to host another clinic please keep us
in mind.
