Texas-(GAT). She has coached and

Olympic Committee. Cheryl has
co-authored several manuals on
education for gymnastics as well
as several publications with USA
Gymnastics and GAT. |

Tom Forster |
Colorado Springs, Co |
Tom
speaks around the country at
various gymnastics seminars for
business and coaching. He has
coached many athletes onto the
USA Gymnastics National Team
since 1993 and has had athletes
compete in a variety of
international meets including
American Cup, Pan American Games
and several World Championships.

Beth Gardner |

With an extensive background
specializing in preschool
gymnastics, Beth is one of the
authors and directors for the
GAT Instructor Training Program
(ITP). Beth is a National KAT
and MELPD Instructor as well as
being a USAG National Congress
presenter. Her articles and her
publications include preschool
and boys' gymnastics. Owner of
Heart of Texas Gymnastics
located in Temple, Texas and
1983 graduate of Texas A&M
University. |

Jim Jarrett |

Jim
Jarrett,
better
known as
"Jimbo"
is CEO
for
several
companies
including
Capital
Gymnastics,
Inc in
Austin,
Texas.
For more
than 25
years,
his love
has been
helping
others
learn
the
wonderful
sport of
gymnastics.
Jim has
a degree
in
Physical
Education
and
teaching
(1st-12th
grades).
He
operates
4
gymnastics
facilities
in
Austin
with
more
than 80
employees.
Jim has
coached
elite
gymnasts
and has
traveled
throughout
the
country
as a
clinician.
He still
finds
his
roots in
pre-school
and
recreational
gymnastics. |

Annette Thomas |
Georgetown,
Texas |
Annette
was the
very
first,
the
original
instructor
of the
GAT
Instructor
Training
Program
(ITP)
and
co-authored
the text
for that
program.
She
served
numerous
times as
a
clinician
at GAT
Conventions,
and
served
as
clinician
at the
1998 and
1999
KAT/MELPD
program
at the
USA
Gymnastics
National
Congresses.
Annette
is
program
director
and for
the past
13 years
or so,
events
coordinator
at
Capital
gymnastics,
touching
the
lives of
many
young
gymnasts
in
Texas.
She has
taught
and
coached
gymnastics
for over
20
years.

He has

Doug is

the

Lynn Moskovitz |
Philadelphia, PA |
Lynn
Moskovitz
earned a
BS in
Kinesiology
from
Indiana
University
with an
emphasis
in
elementary
physical
education.
Lynn was
a former
cheerleader
at
Indiana
University
and has
coached
preschool
to
competitive
gymnastics
for the
last 25
years.
Her work
experience
also
includes
program
management,
development
and
staff
education.
She has
held
additional
positions
in the
gymnastics
community
as sales
representative
for a
major
gymnastics
equipment
manufacturer,
and
sales
manager
for
Elite
Sportswear
GK. Lynn
has
written
and
published
the
"Just
For
Kids"
Bar
Curriculum.
She is
also a
USAG
instructor
for the
KAT/MELPD
course.
Lynn has
presented
at
various
State,
Regional
and
National
Congresses, Level
10
Gymnastics
Judge -
11
years.

Robyn McNicholas |
Albuquerque, NM |
Robyn McNicholas has been
involved with the sport of
gymnastics for over 20 years.
She attended San Jose State
University in Northern
California and graduated with a
B.S. in recreation. Robyn has
attended many region 1, 3 and
national congresses. She has
coached many regional and state
gymnastics camps. Robyn has
coached ALL levels of
competitive, recreation and
preschool gymnastics.
Since moving to New Mexico she
has trained optional level
gymnasts with many state
champions. While coaching
optional level gymnasts she
continues to teach recreation
and preschool classes.
Robyn is a member of USAG and
NAWGJ and is level 10 gymnastics
judge. She is a national safety
certified and has her USA
gymnastics background check
completed. Robyn feels
gymnastics is a great foundation
for kids and is enthusiastic to
share her creative ways of
teaching |

Robin Pearson |
Austin,
Texas |
Robin Pearson has been coaching
for over 20 years. Her coaching
career began in central Illinois
prior to attending Southern
Illinois University. She moved
from Chicago to Florida where
she focused on competitive
gymnastics. She now lives in
Austin, TX and is the
recreational director for 4
gyms. Robin has great ideas to
teach vault, running drills and
conditioning in an enthusiastic
way. Her technique allows the
coach and gymnast to have fun

Tim O’Connell |
Chicago, Illinois |
A former
competitive gymnast with a
30-year competitive background
in gymnastics. Tim has 10 years
collegiate, 12 years of national
team coaching experience and was
previously the director of men’s
gymnastics for the State of
Illinois and has worked with the
men’s Junior Olympic gymnastics
program. Including seven USA
national team members and three
national event champions at the
USA Junior Olympic level. In
addition to his extensive
history in competitive
gymnastics, Tim has an equally
impressive background managing
and developing private
gymnastics centers throughout
the United States. Tim’s
experience includes consulting,
training and lecturing on
program development, as well as
designing lesson plans for all
age levels with a specialty in
preschool development (ages 18
months to 6 years). Tim has
bachelor’s degree in physical
education, with minors in sport
psychology and sport medicine
and attained a master’s degree
in kinesiology from the
University of Michigan. |

Quin Shannon |
Carlsbad, CA |
Quin
Shannon is the gymnastics
director of the Magdalena Ecke
YMCA Gymnastics Center in
Carlsbad, California. The
program presently serves over
1500 students per week and has a
coaching staff of over 45
instructors. Quin has been
teaching gymnastics full-time
since 1984 and has taught ALL
levels of the sport, from owning
and operating a mobile preschool
program to coaching Elite and
division I College gymnastics.
His latest passion is teaching
beginning and intermediate level
instructors new drills and
techniques. He is a frequent
summer camp coach at camps all
over the USA..
Quin has presented at Region
One, Utah, New Mexico and
Southern California Coaches
Congress. He lives in Oceanside
California, is an old married
guy, and has two grown up kids. |

Ryann Zeller-Roe |
Coppell, Texas |
Ryann is currently the Director
of Pre-school Gymnastics,
Recreational Gymnastics,
Cheerleading, TAAF team, and
Pre-team at Texas Dreams
Gymnastics in Coppell, TX. She
is the head coach for USAG Level
6 and TAAF level 4-7. Her
Certifications include USAG
compulsory judge, USAG Safety
Certification, Kinder
Accreditation for Teachers
(KAT), and Movement Development
and Lesson Plan Development (MELPD).
Ryann received her undergraduate
and master’s from Texas
Christian University where she
cheered on their co-ed
cheerleading team. |
